Sally is an amazing personal trainer, she is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time and that too with a positive attitude. I started training with her two/three times a week after having a baby and really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions. I have already started seeing results and feel great! I thoroughly enjoy working out with Sally and would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a positive mindset and real results!
I love training with Sally. She makes each work out challenging and different from the last one so that no boredom sets in. She is positive, sets goals, listens and has a good sense of humour. The time flies by, and the session is over before we know it. Don't be fooled, she is a kick ass gal.
Sally Samad or Coach Sally as I like to call her is a fantastic personal trainer. She takes the time to understand your fitness goals and prepares a full programme with a variety of different exercises. Sally trains me to an extent I couldn’t hope to achieve training on my own. She is extremely punctual, very motivating, positive and is always a delight to be around! Achievements I joined the gym early in 2019 to get fitter for a Tyrolean walking holiday in July. I’ve managed to lose 2 stone in weight and I feel so much better! Goals I am certainly fitter, but I want to feel stronger too! Sally my trainer has helped immensely in designing a programme to build my core strength using free weights. To my surprise, my workout is more fun and certainly aerobic! Motivation I suffer with Polymyalgia Rheumatica which gives me joint and muscle pain. This makes motivating myself to attend regularly a two edged sword – on the one hand it can be extremely uncomfortable to work out; but the work loosens me up and I feel so much better for it! Also, after only a few weeks of my new programme I can see the results in the mirror. I don’t want to be a body builder but my physique is much improved.
